Lottie Jackson, Owner/Funeral Director
Since 1942 Jackson Funeral Home has been in business. When Lotties husband and founder, Vernon Jackson, passed away in 1978 he left her the business and she has successfully carried on the business for over 40 years. She is well liked by all the families she has served in the community, and although she is retired, she still comes in to help when needed.
Shawna Greene: Manager / Funeral Director / Pre-Need Specialist
Shawna is the granddaughter of Lottie Jackson and the Manager of McNary-Morgan-Greene & Jackson Mortuary. She has been around the funeral business since childhood, and started learning the business at age 15. Shawna came on board full-time to help the family business in 2001, after she recieved her Life Insurance license. She quickly studied and received her Funeral Director’s license in 2002, becoming, at age 25, the Youngest African-American Female Funeral Director. Over the next several years, she worked her way up, and in 2006 became the General Manager. She also specializes in pre-need arrangements.
Edward Chan: Consultant
Edward is our Laison and Representative for the Chinese Community since 2006. He is attentive and well versed in the traditions and rituals of China, whether you are buddist or christian, he will make your funeral service special. He speaks Chinese and Mandarin.
